Booming Learning Center offers test prep sessions for SAT, ACT, and End of Course Examinations. Our tutors have customized curriculum for test preparations that focus on three major areas that include development of study skills: enhanced critical thinking, problem solving, and time management.

One-on-One Test Preparation Programs

PSAT Prep

The PSAT/NMSQT (or National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test) is a preliminary version of the SAT.

  • Helps prepare students to take the SAT or ACT

  • Qualifying score may make your student eligible for the National Merit Scholarship! 
     



SAT Prep
The SAT has a direct impact on college acceptance and scholarship opportunities

  • ~4 hours long

  • Tests critical thinking skills, as well as problem solving in math, critical reading, and writing.

 



End of Course (EOC) Test Prep

The End of Course test Prep covers year long learning.

  • Includes a comprehensive review of the curriculum

  • Review facilitated by a content expert! 

SAT Subject Test Preparation

Test preparation can take time, so targeting specific areas to improve your score is just the wise thing to do.  Let us help you improve your math, critical reading, or essay writing by focusing on the specific areas that improve your score.  



College Application Essay Assistance

College essays are arguably a make-or-break aspect of your application! â€‹

Assistance Includes:

  • Key Ideas & Concept (What is the strongest/best idea for the essay?)

  • Clarity work (Is your essay as clear as it could be?)

  • Grammar revision (Basic spelling/punctuation edits)
